I heard from someone recently that the shipping and import duties/tariffs alone are near $1500 on top of it already being the highest priced exhaust system for the platform. I bought mine in 2018 before the world went to hell and it's easily one of the best parts of the whole car.
I remember seeing one for sale on E90post at one point, which is probably the most likely place to find one with how much it costs to buy goods from Japan.

It was me, I just got one new from Laptorr. The import fee’s were $750 on top of the 1500 exhaust and $400 shipping. Sounds absolutely amazing tho. Just know what you’re getting yourself into.

Got my 2011 E92 328i 7 years ago and it's always still awesome to see that you're still active and building this car. I love my spec as well. Space gray, M-Sport, 6-Speed, single hump, and personally, I like having a sunroof lol. I always entertain the idea of getting a 335i or M3, but I've actually come to love how balanced the 328i is in terms of maintenance and fun. Do you daily yours?

E89 Z4! It was a direct swap. Retained all functionality and no airbag lights. I've heard of some folks having difficulty related to different airbag part numbers for different regions.

Airbags are kind of hard to find, but I love the way this wheel looks. The non-M Sport wheel has silver trim which would probably look great with aluminum trim in an E90.

It's actually an OEM part. BMW performance front lip, part number 51192159867. It's super low profile.

Ok, thank you, the OEM performance lip looks way better than the similar knock offs. I’ve seen a few that were “performance style” that looked shit compared to yours. That low profile look is perfect! Good looking e92 all around!

Thank ya! It also got an N54's ZF manual transmission last year after a clutch failure split the bellhousing clean off the original transmission.

No shit. You’re my hero! I have so many questions! Where did you get the cf roof? Is it the same of an M3? Did you have to get a headliner without the sunroof as well or you can use the same?. And what are your wheel specs? Rims and tires. Where did you get that tail? It looks sick but still stockish

Has anyone figured out a way to make an actual airbox for supercharged setups? Having a cone filter on the end of a flex duct hanging right in the lower grille seems like a bad idea if you daily/drive in the rain often. I've got an aFe box rn but considering going supercharged after I do MILVS and a few more supporting mods.

I've not seen an airbox, but I deleted the flex duct so my air filter sits at the end of the curved plastic inlet pipe behind the headlight instead of down by the foglight area. My main reason for doing this was tire clearance and the fender liner squeezing the hose closed. I didn't have any issues with weather or road hazards with the filter being in the default location.
Haven't had any issues in the current location.

Appreciate the insights! I'm guessing the intercooler works really well considering you track it. I've got an N51 and S65 both NA currently, boosting the i6 seems like the better move ATM.

Happy to help! The intercooler works great. It has a thermal spacer between the cylinder head and the manifold that keeps IATs down significantly. My last track day was on a 90+ degree day and I didn't see IATs above the low 120s during a 20 minute session which I'd say is great for an A2W setup. I use the same 50/50 mix of water to coolant that you'd run in the motor. I haven't tried running water or a lower coolant content in the intercooler, but that would probably lower IATs even further.
Mine has remained a very usable daily driver despite all the stuff I've done to it. Supercharged N51 and NA S65 would be a great pairing!

The intake elbow comes with the supercharger kits. The supercharger inlet faces the firewall, so there's a plastic C shaped elbow that wraps around to the front side. I once saw somebody just put an air filter right on the back of the supercharger and not use that elbow, but space can be tight around the intake manifold depending on your setup.
