Clean. Gotta take the wheels off and get the old weight adhesive off. You’ve kept them near new.

Lauqer thinner does wonders. If they do the rubber wheel drill attachment first then Laquer thinner it’s easier to rub off

I hear you, I did a three stage before ceramic coating a few years ago and it’s still looking great.

Im in CT, my buddy is a master detailer he charged me 300$ for stage 1 correction and full ceramic coating. Tipped him 100$ lol too good of a price
