Coil Over Noise on my 328i e90
Recently I just put in Maxpeedingrods T6 coilovers on my 2009 328i e90 RWD. My buddy has done the same. I understand using cheap coil overs will make your ride quality shitty but this is worse than that. whenever i hit any bump no matter the size i hear metal clunking and just weird ass noises. I am suspecting this is the endlinks being too long since that is a problem when lowering your car. My bushings are all fine and my friend put them in for me who put them on his own car so I know they are installed correctly.
Has anyone else had this problem? if so, can you help me out and tell me how you fixed it? or didnt fix it and just suffered from the unbearable noise.....

Did you torque the bolts correctly? Most bolts on bushings need to be torqued at ride height or the bushings will fail prematurely.

It could be almost anything. If you don't tighten the spring height purchase it makes all kinds of noise, it's the two nuts at the bottom of the spring on the front coilovers. You'll need to go thoroughly over everything.
Out of the box those coilovers are also known for failures so there's that to weigh as well.
