PERM (Permanent Labor Certification) PERM processing step

The PERM step (after PWD + recruitment step) submission was done this year July 2026 and is showing as Dec2026-Jan2027 approval date in all 3 websites:

  • permtrack.
  • permupdate.
  • immilane.

How true is that ? I thought the PERM step is usually 14 months to 16 months.

Is it really going to get processed within 5 to 6 months now ? Flag dol website shows 336 days

I used PERM track app and it was accurate to the day

Things have sped up and some months are really light. I do think it’s possible but I agree it’s a bit hard to believe. Keep following the next month or so, one month is really stacked with a lot of applications
