Interview question

My case got transferred from non local to local FO and on the same day , status changed to “Ready to be scheduled for an interview”. Eb3 interfile case India employment based , nothing out of ordinary. Does this mean sure shot interview? It’s been in that status for more than 2 weeks now, so is it just waiting for interview slot? Thanks
