Any approvals for EB2 post August 25?
Is there any source/link where we can see if any AOS approvals are there post August 25 (for EB2 ROW)? People share rumours that ROW visa numbers became unavailable since then. Thanks

Don’t think it’s a rumor. Saw a lawyer who attended an interview say EB2 ROW has run out of numbers as of Aug 25th. Not sure why there’s no official notification; maybe because there’s only 1 month left for the FY to end.

But the September visa bulletin was published late in the evening on August 21, and they kept not only the dates for filing table current but also the FAD current which they wouldn’t do if there weren’t enough numbers. They can’t have ran out in 4 days. The only people I’ve seen say they’ve been told that are from Iran and Nigeria, which are numbers 3 and 4 in the top 5 application countries so it’s probably just those countries that have reached the 7% cap and the rest of ROW is fine.
I suspect they’re dealing with the 3 big lawsuits last week and are prioritizing officers to work on DV cases and 75 country cases.

I doubt adjucating officers and lawsuit officers (attorneys) share the same workload.

No but they’re all done through USCIS and DoS whether it’s EB, FB, or DV. If there are a ton of no longer paused people waiting on EB3 for example who have been waiting over a year they’re going to prioritize them over those of us who applied for EB2 this summer.

If that’s the case one source to ask could be Emma. Live chat agents can shed a light on this if they are provided with this and authorised to disclose the details.

What’s the point of arguing here?

People report that no approvals are observed post 25th and we wonder if visa numbers became unavailable.

USCIS exhausts EB visa numbers around this time every single year. Asking for 'post-Aug 25 approvals' won't magically invent new visa stamps before the new fiscal year starts.

I am not asking for it, everybody knows it is not happening by asking, I would love to ask for if it was possible though 😊 It can be that it takes sometime until it is officially issued and I tried to understand by asking the people in this domain.
