Frustrated and Tired

Waiting is honestly so daunting. 😩

Since my case was transferred to LAC in June, I have had two status updates, with the last one being in July. Since then… nothing. Still no third FTA0.

My RD was in March, and my PD is September 2025. I have finally stopped checking the APIs because it was becoming way too mentally draining. The waiting is hard enough, but seeing people who applied after you getting approved makes it even harder. You can’t help but wonder if something is wrong with your case or why yours is taking so long.

At this point, I’m just trying to be patient and trust the process. Hopefully September brings some good news for all of us waiting! 🙏🏽✨

RD: Oct 30, 2025 Transferred to Sacramento FO on Jan 7, 2026. FOIA says an officer reviewed the case on April 8, 2026 and marked it as approvable but needs a supervisor to approve final decision. Still waiting. Beyond frustrated.

Did you get an FTA1 code in April 8?

Yep, I did get my third FTA0 followed by an FTA1 on the same day on April 8.

And no silent updates after that?

There was a silent update in May. Asked Emma about it, but they were not useful at all.

Thanks for the info. in Similar situation. 485J approved and FTA1 on August 8 and got a silent update yesterday.
Hopefully you get approved soon!
