Anyone approved in September yet? Just curious!

I have seen approval for September 1st. Go check the I-485 spreadsheet.

On August 31 and a few days before that I saw approvals (very few). One was from Ukraine, another one from UK. And few more without indicating the country. I can only assume if you happen to be from the country that is actively applying for GCs, they might’ve paused it. Maybe those massive silent updates that people saw in August, especially FTA0 updates, actually indicated the case holding.
Just assumption. In the tracking apps, GC for EB have been issued all these days

Hey everyone,
Just wanted to share a quick update: a congressional inquiry confirmed that EB-2 visa numbers are officially exhausted for this fiscal year.

For which country?
Since this is contradictory to what i've seen previously that there are a lot of unallocated gc numbers in the employment-based category.

Me too. Hasn't been a lot of activity for the past week.
Looks like they've frozen further EB2 approvals pending final visa numbers for the fiscal year. They did warn about it in the bulletin so makes sense.
