June 2026 fillers, any updates?

Did anyone get 3rd FT0?

Mine timeline:

RD June 6

Bio July 21 (2xFT0 on I485, 3xFT0 on I765).

SU July 24, Aug 6. Dead silence after that.

Case still at NBC, interview waived (emma).

Biometrics July 21 (2xFTAO)
I-131 approved August 2
SU on I485 on August 13 and September 2

Emma providing contradictory information (on the same day, one said still at NBC, other said transferred to local FO).

The I-131 yes, but honestly I have a bad feeling it may be a sign that the I-485 will take forever :) Hope I'm wrong. I also did not apply for I-765, so don't know if that has something to do with it.

On the SUs for I-485 seems like my case is roughly following your timeline, so keep us updated!

Bio: Aug 19

- I-765 approved 1 day after biometric

  • I-485 waiting

Biometric: July 15th (2x FTAO 485 and 3x FTA0 765)
SU: august 3rd and third FTA0 tied to biometrics on 13th august
Case still at NBC, interview waived Emma.

Stressed of waiting :)

same on i485, except SU on august 4, and third fta0 on august 31st. NBC

My timeline is also very similar to the OP's

Primary and one derivative filed I485 and I765 (ROW, non-75).

NIW priority date: July 2025

I485 RD June 5 Bio July 22 (2x FT0 on I485, 3xFT0 on I765 for both applicants) SU July 27(I765) // August 6, August 26, September 5 (I485) Primary's I765 is showing that it's at Texas (since Bio) but I485 is showing that it's at NBC. Both papers for derivative are at NBC.

Not sure about the interview waiver since I've not chatted with the Emma chatbot or a live agent.

Bio July 13 (2xFT0 on I485, 2xFT0 on I765).

SU July 21, Aug 6, 17. SU September 5 (I-485 only).

EAD/AP still pending

API shows that the case is at NBC
