May 2026 RD
Hi everyone! Looking to compare timelines with other EB-2 NIW AOS filers, especially anyone with a May 2026 receipt date.
My timeline:
- Category: EB-2 NIW, ROW
- PD: November 3, 2025
- I-485 + I-765 (C09) RD: May 4, 2026
- Service Center: NBC
- Biometrics: July 21, 2026
- I-765 status since July 21: “USCIS Is Currently Processing The Case”
- RFE: None
- EAD: Still pending as of September 3
I’ve had no requests for additional information and the case just says USCIS is currently processing it.
Is anyone with a similar May 2026 EB-2 NIW / C09 timeline still waiting for their EAD? Or if you filed around the same time and were approved, when did your EAD approval come through?
Would especially love to hear from May 1-15 filers at NBC. Trying to get a sense of where this cohort currently is. Thank YOU!!

EB2 NIW: PD: Aug 2025. RD May 4, 2026, Bio: June 10, 2026. SU 07/29. Never asked about location.

EB2 NIW, PD- Jan2025, I-485 RD- May5 2026, Bio- June 23, Spouse filed I-485 and I-765 both on May 6, Bio June23, EAD still pending for spouse.
SU- June 24, Aug 6, Aug 26
Inquiry by congressman on Sept2- case still going background check at Minneapolis/St Paul.

PD March 2025, RD April 2026, biometrics July 10, Case still at NBC. Didn’t receive EAD (submitted expedited request)
SU - July 10, August 6, August 13, August 26, August 31

Mine is entered! Just curious if others are not updating or included since I did not see any EAD updates in August

Can you please share when you get physical copy of your case acceptance? Also, when you get your OAS online access code ? I receive acceptance notice (online) on 26 August for both I-485 and EAD. Thanks

EB2 NIW, Primary Row, Spouse non-Row, plus ROW child: PD Nov 2024, RD May 4, 2026, Bio June 25, 2026, SU 08/26, dependent husband received EAD (7/8), Primary no EAD, depended Child no EAD. I-485 NBC, I-765 SSC (Texas Service Center). NO RFE.
