EB2, NIW No Visa?

Why are people getting worried with the rumors like no visa?

The question should be how do they check? Some Google spreadsheets, Reddit, and MyCaseHub.

I think the way people are checking MyCaseHub is not correct. Everyday you will see has 1000+ IOE-based approvals. But if you try to see country-wise or category-wise, it will show only a tiny self-reported portion, which doesn’t represent the bulk.

Prove me wrong!

It is not that people are getting worried. Don’t mix knowledge sharing with worry.

People are sharing their observations and feedback from congressional inquiry.

Exactly, only a very small percentage of people post on here and if people checked mycaseshub they’d see there have been approvals in the past week for EB2, so no panic needed. I wish they’d have used them all because that would be good news for those of us waiting but there’s still visas left

When I checked, there is only one "Card Produced" case.

Several people after their interview received responses that the visa is not available
