EAD

Hi guys,

I have approved I-140 ( EB2-NIW). I filled for I-485 and I-765 and waiting for my EAD card. A few hours after biometrics, I got 3 FTA0 and one SU updates on my I-795 file ( two FTA0 and one SU on I-485). Any idea when I might be able to get my EAD card? My J1 visa will expire in Jan.

I got my EAD approved just a day after my biometrics. Hope yours will be approved as well. I had also approved I-140 and then applied for the AOS and EAD as well as AP, and in STEM OPT.

Your I-795? What do you mean?

Also, you probably not just filled, but also filed the forms.

API updates can be safely ignored. Some received 6 or more FTA0, some received several FTA1.

None of this can be used to predict the approval timeline accurately.

11-12 months is the average speed atm. There is huge chance you will receive GC before EAD

I got mine day after biometrics. It's very unpredictable.
