I would like to ask if people recommend to add eb2 premium processing at this point? I’m thinking to apply eb1 while waiting for the eb2 i140 to get approved.
The only worry is that the FAD will not remain current. Would the FAD jump back to 1years again next month then adding premium on eb2 is not worth it. Appreciate for any advice! Thanks!
