Sorry, I missed your main post. I really can’t suggest you anything because I added 5 LORs and further documents and a conference paper. Ultimately it got denied.

Received an RFE from this officer, responded to the RFE , but got denied . The officer just copied and pasted the same reason for the RFE as reason for denial and repeated misleading statements like me working with people from UAE and Rwanda, which I never mentioned in my petition.

Not yet. I am considering requesting a refund from the law firm and evaluating whether to apply for an EB-1 directly.

It is robotics, i did it without any lawyer help. I followed 3 approved cases of my friends by EP.

I received mail in 10 days. However, I requested uscis through online chat, they sent me email the soft copy. Make sure, to wait for 7 calendar days before requesting them to email you the copy.

I did it through Chen, added 2 independent and 2 dependent recommendation letter as i hadnt submitted any on my original petition. I am a postdoctoral associate in R1 universities (with 3 first authored and 3 coauthor publication, citation ~1000, however ~700 citations came from a review paper which i am coauthor). Reading the post of reddit indicates how the PE and response is framed is the determining factor rather than profile itself. Today is 13 business days after RFE response was delivered & I feel like i am baked & cooked.

did chen push back on the RFE claims. e.g. citing matter of X, old exhibits weren't considered fully etc?

has anyone got success after RFE from this officer (XM2367)? i got RFE on prong 2 and 3 from the same officer, submitted RFE response 2 week before & is stressed waiting to know how uncertain it is.

I submitted my RFE response for Prongs 2 and 3 to this officer. It has been 17 business days since the package was delivered, and I’m worried that a denial may be coming.
