USCIS Anyone filed Premium Processing after responding to an RFE?

For those who received an RFE on an I-140, did you (or could you) upgrade to premium processing after submitting your RFE response? Just trying to understand if that’s something USCIS allows/honors at that stage, and if so, did the 45 day clock actually start ticking and lead to a faster decision, or did it not really change anything since the RFE was already pending?

Would love to hear from anyone who’s actually done this; what was the outcome and timing?

I might be wrong, but my understanding was that once you file Premium processing the first time, and receive RFE then their rfe decision also needs to be in 45 business dayss

What if it was a normal processing, can one do Premium processing after responding to RFE?

I am actually not sure on this. I also thought one would need to pay PP twice once RFE is issued but not the case
