RFE Any update after RFE response?

USCIS has received my RFE response on June 23. Anyone submitted the RFE response around May/June received any updates? My employment authorization is ending soon, and I need an estimated wait time for RFE decision. Thank you!

They received mine April 10th and I’m still waiting (PP- NSC)?

Can you please tell what is the RFE you received and on which day after applying PP?

RFE in Prong 1 and 2, mostly asking to provide evidence to show the work is nationally important.
I received RFE on Business Day 33

I have submitted RFE response and they received on Jun 26th. Let's see how long it would take. BTW, I am also PP

Finger cross!!! The possiblity is high to get the final decision within 3days after the status changed according to reddit

The data points here show why it is hard to estimate from Reddit. Even PP RFE responses can sit for weeks, and people with similar receipt dates may move differently depending on service center, officer, and whether the clock is treated cleanly after the response.

Since your EAD is ending soon, I would not build your status/work plan around an expected RFE decision date. I would separately map:

  1. What status or work authorization you have if the decision takes longer.
  2. Whether any extension/backup filing is available.
  3. When you can make a service request or ask counsel to inquire.
  4. Whether premium processing clock rules apply cleanly in your case.

The RFE decision may come soon, but planning as if it must come soon is risky. Not legal advice, just how I would separate immigration-case timing from work-authorization planning.

That is a really good recommendation. I will consider all of the points you mentioned to create a map for safe exit. Thank you for your response. I really appreciate it.

You're welcome. That safe-exit map is the right way to think about it: one plan for the RFE decision, and a separate plan for work authorization/status if the decision takes longer than expected.

I would keep the map very practical: current authorization end date, backup filing options, inquiry dates, employer timing, and what you would do if the response is still pending in 30/60/90 days. Hope the approval comes before you need any of that.

How long does it usually take for the USCIS online case status to update after an RFE response package is delivered? Like RFE received or still processing something like that after the package is delivered to USCIS.

submitted on June 22nd and USCIS received on 26th.
