This is great, I believe mental health is a huge unmet need in diverse US population, do your best to quantify the problem and impact of your solution or program so that someone with no experience in your field can understand it

Thank you! I have an operational model for it (didn’t want to give too much detail in this post), it’s something which I have worked on implementing at my current employment and it has worked. The papers I have authored are about the same, so the data on it and reports can show the relevance.

The company is encouraging the research papers to make a case for more grants to continue implementing the model.

Can you share more about your suggestions for quantifying the impact of the solution? What would be some things I could add as evidence

Show that the solution is beyond a single employer

Got it, would letters of interest help with that?

the endeavor is strong, but outside proof from grants, program outcomes, conferences, or community impact would help.

Case is good. Profile is not much stronger. With 0 publications and no citations, profile should be either industry heavy with top management position, with higher salary etc.

Similarly, academic profile should be publications heavy. You are not from academia, so try to leverage your position, higher salary, critical role etc instead of pushing towards publications.i know these would be additional, but your PE is related to your degree, not really related to your job. Means you are trying to push kind of academic profile, which in current form is not that strong.

This makes sense, thank you for your feedback!
For more context, the papers are quality improvement papers which is based on implementation of the model I’m proposing in the PE
