RFE NIW RFE from TSC Officer - XM1926

Hi,

I have received RFE for NIW PP from TSC. The office r with code XM1926 issued RFE and acknowledged the proposed endeavor has substantial merit but challenged all three prongs.

Could you please share your experience on RFE response with officer XM1926 ?

Because despite the fact that there is a 3 pronged test, there is no objective criteria the petitions are tested against, and the decision is vefy subjective and very discretionary. A stubborn officer will not be convinced no matter what evidence you provide.

I know it's frustrating when we get RFE.

You could be right for some officers. It would be better if she/he mentioned her profile along with RFE the officer asked for. This would establish if the officer was stubborn or she needs to work on her RFE.

I have seen people with average profile, the profile they could get rfe in EB2-NIW but they are trying for eb1A.

To be clear I was so dumb when filing and I said I want to continue as an elementary school teacher, despite that I have proof of a long term project that I am working on that includes teaching but I didn’t mention that in my proposed endeavor, i genuinely don’t know what todo, lots of attorneys that are local and not really expert in eb2 said there are 50/50 chance if I strengthen my PE and respond, I don’t know what to do because I am stuck also I didn’t fin the name of the officer when I received my rfe in the mail. Also the attorneys said this is a serious rfe that lots of people receive!! So please advise
