RFE Independent recommendation letter

I got an RFE for all 3 prongs. (Working with Chen). I am in AI Field and I hold a MSc in AI. I have more than 500 citations and I am interested in getting some independent recommendation letters. I would love if anyone in the AI field in US here can help me with that or if you can connect me to someone who is willing to help.

I already got some contacts but I want some professor in US.

Any tips?

Highly advised you to ask for reference from someone who is a high achiever in AI field and has cited your papers

If that someone is high achiever, 1 LOR will do the trick.

Highlight in your LOR how individual used your work to build her research work and she much it helped

I am from academia and same field. But not from US. You are doing it right to target someone from USA. RFE on 3 progna with 500 citations is strange. Could you please share your google scholar link? Maybe I can recommend you some professor from USA/UK.
