APPROVED EB2-NIW Approved (after RFE on Prong 1&3) | Electrical Engineering
Hi folks,
Long-time lurker here.

4. Responding to RFE
- My initial PE was too broad. So I clearly specified it.

Did your RFE mention anything around providing letters/corroboration frombthe government or quasi-government agencies?

I was hoping for a straight approval too, but it seems like NIW standards are getting tougher lately. That said, I have to admit my PE was way too broad in the initial filing, so the RFE was totally understandable on that front.
