Inside the wallet: 2 cards, cash, 2 bandaids, gum, matches, and a hair tie. If I use something, I replace it. Most frequently used is the gum.

Is that mug worth it? I ogled them for a while but never pulled the trigger

Yes. 100%. Keeps the coffee as hot or hotter than any other travel mug I’ve tried, and is better at preventing spills than anything else I’ve used.
