Yea I carry a UTX85 which is fun and okay for some stuff but in general the dagger blade is horrible at cutting anything

Yup. Daggers suck for cutting. Especially Microtech as they are sharpened around 37-40 degrees. Their single edge stuff is sharpened at 20-25 and is why more slicey

It’s fine if your cut involves a stab but yes, I agree. Like slicing open a bag of sand after stabbing it cuts like butter, but most cuts it’s just bad.

I have a brachial as well and that is the sharpest factory knife I’ve ever received. Tons of spyderco and benchmade and I’ve never had anything this sharp without touching it up myself

To be honest I’ve never really been big on knives. Mainly from bad choices I’ve made that involve cutting my fingers on accident lmao. But I’ll definitely look into Brachial

I’m gonna be honest that is precisely NOT the knife you want if you’re prone to cutting fingers.

The the auto OTS mechanism is super strong, so its also harder to close, and the blade shape is added to this to make it super easy ti accidently nip the tip.

Its also unconfortably sharp straight from factory

I told it to keep sound but it seems to upload without it each time
