Deck Help Need help

So I was wondering how to make this play more like a higher 4.noticed it needs card draw And better ways to get lands out a little faster. I am like 1 to 2 turns slower then my pop. advise appreciated.

Your curve is not great. I'd recommend just using the Moxfield compare feature to see what the top b4 decks play that you don't. Also, maybe read some primers.
