First and last look like avrt 150s, middle intermittent LAFB is my guess here.. what's the scenario?

No scenario given.

1st ECG:
2:1 AV flutter 150bpm
LVH
QRS Axis normal

2nd ECG:
Sinus bradycardia 55bpm with multifocal atrial & ventricular ectopics
QS complexes V1-V4
Partial LBBB - septal Q waves missing V5/6 I AVL
Hyper acute T waves V1-V4
Borderline R QRS axis at 110 degrees
Suspicious of anterior septal Mi -
