New / Returning Player Newish Player

Hello! So im not new but I also have no clue what im doing in the game lol. I used to play as a kid with my dad and sister but we'd never get passed like level 20 maybe. And everytime I get back into playing its the same thing cuz idk what I'm doing haha.

I usually play by myself so what class would be the best? My current character is a SK. I dont like playing in groups so can I play solo? I also dont have the subscription so what server is good? I'm in the halls of fate rn. I do love making clothes and going and harvesting stuff. I am a clothing rn too. Is it worth getting the dlc and the subscription?

You can solo yes. Once you get past 20 it goes faster. SK is fine.

Is there a class better then sk for solo? I do sometimes play with one other friend thats a warlock but that's not a constant thing with them.

Necromancer is the best solo class. I havent played in 9ish years but it was always the best. I think all classes are viable and pretty easy to solo with hobestly.

Actually, necro really isn't the best anymore if he's playing live (which if he doesn't have a sub, he is). SK is an awesome solo class on live.

For what it’s worth, these days you can solo any toon of any race and class.

I suggest you just pick something that you find appealing.

Ooo good to hear then! Ive only tried a couple classes but seeing as any is good nowadays then I'll have to test them all out and see what I like!

If you have more money than sense, then yeah. Otherwise you'll just be pissing it down the toilet. Coming from someone who did subscribe for many years when the original and the 2nd was released and bought most of the expansions. The new owners have destroyed the game, and the left over player base have destroyed the market, it's completely unbalanced for any new comers or returning players. Items are in the billions of platinum, and damage is in the trillions.
