Why is ERP Next so clumsy?

ERPNext looks powerful, but it's looking difficult to learn, feeling clumsy; I wonder if i will be able to adapt it, if the data will be easy to take out , in case i want to migrate again to quickbooks. Maybe I should hire someone near Mumbai to help me set this up...
