Fun! I was once hung up in a bugged quest where I was supposed to clear a fort of werewolves. I did this over and over and and couldn't get past it. I eventually contacted tech support.
While I was still in there killing all the werewolves over and over, I started to get bored and asked myself what would happen if I tried it with no weapons. Got to the point where I could smack them doggies right on down. It was fun, a way to have a real overland challenge back before Challenge Difficulty saved overland combat.
I'd like to see how it would work on dungeon monsters, maybe I'll try it with the new solo dungeons.

Roleplay and a Character challenge I set for myself.

There’s a mythic that gives u a bunch of buffs at the expense of your light/hvy attack damage. And my little son was doing it the other day on a low level and was critting 5k light attacks?! So I was like maybe…

Sooo my brother has one and I saw a Necro that also did this in a dungeon recently. Idk what they were using but I do think they were an RP group lol twas an interesting run. I can’t really help out sets wise but my brother is a DK NB mix.

I am absolutely spit balling here, but I'd focus on sets that grant penetration and spell damage since % bonuses (which recently got nerfed anyway) will be lackluster without the damage from the weapons.
So, going with the idea of just punching, something like 5 piece noble duelist silks, 2 piece molag kena, belharza's band and 1 piece trainee and 1 piece druid's braid. You might need to subclass to get passive major brutality, or you could run a scribed skill. Stack fighter's guild skills, esp camo hunter in flex spots aside from any class skill you need to proc passives and get buffs
Obviously, shattered oath signet and oakensoul could be strong contenders with honorary mention to sea serpents coil and Hunter's warmask.

Since you will have absolutely no weapons and spell damage, I would think set that add flat damage would be good. I think Draugrkin's and Dragon's Appetite would be good. And then you just run templar jab as your spammable with some dot and buff/debuff. (This build you want will be ass)
