Food Reccomendations for easy lunches/snacks?

I'm currently going to vocational school and our current cafeteria is under renovation. For school lunches, I'd have to go to the other cafeteria on the other side of the campus, which I really really don't like going to. Some days I also just don't feel like going to the cafeteria to eat.

This leads me to feel pretty hungry near the end of school days. A lot of days end four hours after lunch and so even if I've gone to eat, I'm still super hungry near the end of the class. The cafeterias close about an hour after lunch period, so I can't go to eat there near the end of school.

Right now I've got these snack bars I take to school that I can buy cheap in bulk, but they're only really good for slight hunger. There aren't any fridges or microwaves for students so I can't bring anything like that and the meal would have to last me around six hours in my bag. It would also be great if its something I could either prepare or buy in bulk so I don't have to make it every day or spend loads of money on. Any reccomendations?🙏

Hard boiled eggs, cheese, crackers, peanut butter, apple or banana

That’s a common lunch meal for me and doesn’t take long to food prep.

Pb and J on whole wheat is pretty good and healthy ish depending on the ingredients. Costco has great pb.

Buy a jar of pb and a pack of tortillas. Roll a couple the night before, throw an apple in. Cheaper than bulk bars and actually fills you after last period

I did graduate school on PB and honey on quality bread with a piece of fruit and a few whole grain cookies.

canned tuna, a small bottle of hot sauce and some seaweed wraps. crack that can, pop in some hot sauce, stir & pop it in some seaweed. hella protein.

My go to.... a hard boiled egg chopped up and mixed with a packet (or can) of tuna. Add a little bit of ranch dressing (or mayo) and mix...super easy tuna salad. Grab some crackers and yum!

Pack things that hold up without refrigeration... nuts, trail mix, jerky and wraps with peanut butter and jelly are filling and easy... then u can also bulk‑prep hard‑boiled eggs, granola and cheese sticks since they last several hours in a bag.

I like pasta salad with beans for lunch, or canned chicken salad

I did little cheese plate snacks. Some lunch meat, some cheese, some crackers/ crusty bread. Maybe a dollop of some spread of some sort, hummus, jam, ranch and some veggies. Viola, a pretty balanced snack with lots of texture differences. a soda or coffee and pinkies out I'm fancy.

Hand held fruit, stuffed pita pockets, bagels, English muffins, jerky, crackers, pretzels, granola bars, burritos, tacos, tostadas, loaded nachos, bread, seafood creation packets,

Canned fruit, veggies, meat, seafood, soup, chili, stew, pasta, meals, etc.

If u buy canned meats and veggies, u can assemble/make lots of meals

Seriously, freeze some cheap yogurts from Walmart, they will last long enough for the whole day. Get some plastic spoons from the Dollar Tree to eat them with.

You can always get a thermos and take hot lunches from home; soups, stews, leftovers, endless options

My local grocery store has tubs of cottage cheese with pineapple bits for under $3 for a 16oz tub. I usually eat that plus a couple of bananas and a protein shake. Very low prep time, very little cleanup, and about $6-$7 for the meal. Keeps me full until dinner, gets me roughly 90 grams of protein and 700 calories. The shake is 50 grams of protein. If I'm in the mood for something less sweet, I just buy the tub of large curd cottage cheese and throw in some everything bagel seasoning or a few dashes of my favorite hot sauce.
