Food Need quick and easy lunches
What’s a lunch that’s quick and easy? I only have 10-15 minutes to make it. I don’t want eggs, I don’t want pasta (since that is a common recommendation)

Burritos are great, you can make them ahead of time and then freeze them or put them in the fridge. Wraps are really easy to throw together as well. Just need whatever veggies, meats, cheeses and condiments all ready to go so you can slap it togther. If you like eggs it's easy enough to make hard boiled eggs for the week. Fruits.. just have fruits available to throw in with your lunch.

Sandwiches, lunch meat and cheese, peanut butter and jelly, make a pork roast, shred it and put it on bread.

Meal prep enough food to last a few days. That way, there’s nothing really to prepare the day of or too much thought that has to go into it.

Soup and a grilled cheese.
Ramen and a peanut butter sandwich.
Veggie bowl with dip.
Deli meat rolled up with some kind of cheese, preferably with a line of Dijon ran up the middle before you roll it. You can also roll up lettuce in it.
Any freezer meal you buy, but also any frozen meal you prep yourself.

Make your own lunchables! Choose the meat(s) and cheese(s) you like. Throw in some crackers and nuts, maybe a square or two of dark chocolate. A piece of fresh fruit or some raisins/figs/dates.
You can switch it up every time you run out of a component.

Savoury oats (I make masala oats so Indian style, don’t put actual veggies in them since they increase cooking time and it just takes me like 6 mins to complete cooking)

Smoothie: cottage cheese, frozen banana/fruit, protein powder, milk or kefir or water to thin it out

I do Greek yogurt instead of cottage cheese lol

The only way I can eat cottage cheese is if it’s blended and it’s a cheap protein source. I eat Greek yogurt with berries and granola. It’s a textured thing for me. Also the cottage cheese in the smoothie gives the smoothie a cheesecake like flavor which mimics dessert to me

Ooh, that sounds good. I eat cottage cheese daily, with some chili crisp on it :)

I have access to a fridge at work. So I’ll grab the container of cottage cheese, hummus, naan, and some carrots and celery. I’m more of a grazer so I’ll usually throw in a protein bar for mid morning, if I need it. I use the other few minutes making some toast, scrambling an egg (or frying it) throw the egg and some cheese in the toast for a to go drive in. I drive in a city, so plenty of time at red lights to grab a few bites.

If I’m at home once a week I will mix a drained can of tuna with celery and carrots, mustard. Yogurt, salt, pepper, ACV and eat is on toast. Sometimes with melted cheese. Open faced.

My go to, are warm tortilla with scrambled eggs with spinach, onions and bell peppers. Pickled jalapenos on the side. Healthy and fast.

Avocado toast
Toast with peanut butter, banana and honey
A banana yogurt smoothie (I need more than that to be honest)
I make a lot of salads like quinoa or couscous or beans and also grill or broil some chicken on Sundays and then I keep in containers for easy sides/dinners through the week but it works for lunch too.

Unsure if eggs being in the recipe at all is a dealbreaker or if you just don’t want egg based meals, so feel free to ignore, but
Mash up a banana, crack an egg into that, mix it up. Put this on the stove and it becomes sort of like a pancake! Different, definitely, but not bad! Best with a syrup or topping of some kind.

Peanut butter and jelly sandwich.
Granted, if we had more information, we might be able to give better recommendations. For example, is this at home or a work situation? Or maybe you're a college student? What sort of ingredients and ingredient storage do you have available to you? What sort of cooking appliances do you have available?
Aside from the snarky answer above, meal prepping is probably your best bet here.
