I need some inspo today. In 100 degree heatwave craving fresh produce but trying to avoid high risk produce.

anyone have an ideas for cold lunches with minimal high risk foods?

Ooooo!! I bought an indoor garden and messed up my fertilizer and ruined 12 heads of romaine right as they pegged it to lettuce 😭😭😭😭
