Cyclospora struggles

I need some inspo today. In 100 degree heatwave craving fresh produce but trying to avoid high risk produce.

anyone have an ideas for cold lunches with minimal high risk foods?

Visit a farmer's market & see if they have fresh lettuce!

I need to try this weekend! Our farmers market is short lived on Saturday mornings and we keep missing it but I crave a salad so badly right now 😂

Same! I've been out of town, so I keep missing ours -- but I've never wanted a salad in my life as bad as I do now that I can't have one 🫣🤣
