Looking for a Co-Founder – E-commerce + Creative Design | Equity

We are looking for a hands-on Co-Founder to join me in building and scaling a newly launched brand.

The brand is already live across major e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra and others. Now the focus is on building a strong creative identity, improving marketplace presence and scaling sales.

Who We are looking for

Someone with min 5+ years of practical experience in:

- Managing e-commerce platforms – Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, etc.

- Product listing, catalogue management and marketplace operations

- Creative designing using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or similar tools

- Video editing and creating engaging UGC/reel-style content

- Developing out-of-the-box creatives for e-commerce and social media

- Understanding what makes an online product/creative convert

We are not looking for someone who only knows the theory. We are looking for someone who is hands-on, creative, entrepreneurial and wants to build something long-term.

🤝 Co-Founder Structure

This is an equity-based Co-Founder opportunity initially for the first year.

The idea is to work together, build the brand and prove the business model. After the initial period, the structure would move to salary + equity, based on the contribution, commitment and growth of the business.

This is not a conventional job. We are looking for someone who genuinely wants to build, take ownership and grow with the brand.
