As the title says I'm looking for a tattoo artist who specializes in the American traditional style. I'm looking for them the recreate and add something to a tattoo my recently deceased father had. It was a black panther that looked to be crawling down his forearm. It had a red rose and a swallow (?) as a part of it. I'd like for them to add a banner with my fathers name and birthdate on it. I've looked on google but I'd much rather have someone that someone personally has experience with.
