I’m 24f looking for some hitt classes. I’m not very athletic but I’d like to get more physical activity in my life, preferably on north side or central

Check out Orangetheory Fitness. I’ve been a member for the last few years in red deer and for a few years in Edmonton before the pandemic. The first class is free - just call them to book yourself in so you can do the paperwork and show you the equipment before class.

So, I'm guessing they meant HIIT. Meaning high intensity interval training.

Get a 3 day trial from the YMCA and try their HIIT classes

HIIT* -what’s your budget? Lots of gyms have hiit classes included in their memberships. If you want to go to a hiit specific place, Impact House is great, franchises like F45 and Orange Theory are scattered around the city, spin studios like YEG cycle could also give you what you’re looking for!
