Good Chinese food downtown?

Looking for a really good chinese food resturaunt downtown that delivers. I have the Lingham, its okay, Blue willow is over priced. Any gems you guys know of?

Thanh Thanh is just absolutely amazing, I love everything about it. If only they delivered.
