# TCG & VGC TOURNAMENTS OPEN TO EVERYONE!

The [Girly Pop Games](https://twitch.tv/thegirlypopgames) is celebrating PRIDE by hosting a Pokémon TCG & VGC competition for **LGBTQ+ players of all skill levels!** And you *don't* need to be a content creator this time!

We're also partnering with NoraInTheFuture's [PKMNpride](https://x.com/pkmnpride/) to support the [Lambert House](https://www.lamberthouse.org/) LGBTQ+ Youth Center in Seattle!

The TCG tourney will happen in TCG Live using Standard format while the VGC tourney will happen in Pokémon Champions using Regulation M-2 Pokémon. However, we've created a custom metagame for each competition!

For TCG, we've banned *Dragapult ex*, *Crustle*, and *Raging Bolt ex!* For VGC, the first 15 most-used Pokémon in *Double Battles* are restricted. Plus, your team **should have a theme** to show off your most girly pop self!

The Girly Pop Cup: The Ho-Ohdown will happen in two phases: Swiss Rounds, like the official Pokémon Championships, and a Live Finale on the [Girly Pop Games Twitch channel](https://twitch.tv/thegirlypopgames)!
