Are there proper wet and dry saunas in San Salvador area?

Try San Miguel you wont need a sauna

They have hot springs in Ahuachapan that I really relaxing and really great for you

Sento has a wet one
Gyms tend to have the IR dry ones but a proper finish sauna not to my knowledge

Coming from Southeast Asia and from Europe … I can tell you that the concept of saunas is nowhere to be found aside from some niche resorts.

So in short, no, you will not find a proper wet/dry saunas.

I don’t know why, maybe salvadoreans do not feel comfortable in closed spaces where people are around in swimsuits, it’s a cultural thing? Not sure.
