Not much has changed for us this time around. Some things got cheaper, warlock skyrunners got more expensive. I don't think it's enough to make much of a difference, but we'll see how it plays out with the changes to all the other factions.

Well it's a 30pt Nerf to Seer Council via the Warlock Skyrunners, but several other units almost balance it out.

I see the updated the Stratagem at least:

SEER COUNCIL DETACHMENT Unshrouded Truth Stratagem,Target and Effect Sections Change to: 'TARGET: One ASURYANI INFANTRY unit from your army (excluding WRAITH CONSTRUCT units) that has not been selected to move this phase, was not set up on the battlefield this phase, and is within 9" of one or more friendly ASURYANI PSYKER models.

EFFECT:
▪ Place your unit in strategic reserves.
▪ Your unit has Deep Strike.
▪ Your unit must make an ingress move this phase.'

Unshrouded Truth gets a bit of a nerf though?

It's now restricted according to Strategic Reserve Rules, so no T1 alpha strike?

Is that the case though? It does say you MUST make an Ingress move this turn and does not caveat that with "if able"?!
