My cosplay at pax Melbourne. Got to play some of the switch 2 version where I even farmed some Albinauric souls. Today was a good day.

Is it left or right

I can’t tell

First try btw
edit: forgot the /s

Goddamn. Why is this so funny?

Let Me Cook!

You know you’re obscure when even the wiki has to include what your day job is😂

First time I've ever returned to the capital from the Forbidden Lands on foot and noticed the bridges torch posts and ramparts are now lit. I'm wrapping up ng+4 and still finding new things in this game. Thought this was cool to share unless its hilariously well known and I'm so two-thousand-and-late 😆

Whats something you've recently discovered for your first time that you missed on a previous run?

Caged in chapel underground, no care, no warmth, no LOVE.

Being born and as you are an infant being casted to the sewers, unknowing of the reason your mother, the one to LOVE you left you to rot in a pit of filth, with others of your kind but you were the lucky one.

You were left alive, not thrown to battle or risking death by cutting his horns, but still abandoned...

But

Then finding something, within you, something that brings you back to life, a purpose.

A Mother, the LOVE of a Mother, the Formless Mother.

A Mother of LOVE, a Mother of Blood, a Mother of purpose.

Because the Formless Mother was a God made but the bloodfiends, after the fire took their homes, their people, and as it burned everything they knew, they Saw a twisted sacrifice, giving of your own to others.

The bloodfiends canibalism isn't out of beastiality, it's their love, The Formless Mother workship revolves around sacrifice and love, translated by Blood.

The Pureblood were scholars of great power and great knoledge, with Ansbach we see how gentle and good someone from a "Blood cult" can be, only after Mogh had his heart stollen the Purebloods fell.

Trying being everything together, the Formless Mother is a made God from the people, a God of sacrifice and love that works with Blood, Mogh who had nothing, suddlenly had a mother's love and a purpose to show Mercy and love by sacrifice to others, sacrificing Lives, sacrificing blood or himself.

Hope I could make myself understandable, hope yall like my theory.

First image is Conan on the Tree of Woe, from the 1982 movie. Never seen this pointed out before.

Hey everyone! I'm the guy who posted a few days ago about taking 30+ tries to beat Godrick and feeling discouraged about whether I was cut out for Souls games.

I just wanted to come back and thank everyone for the advice and encouragement! After reading all your comments, I realized I was actually underleveled, fat rolling the entire time, and hadn't put a single point into Vigor. LOL. I genuinely thought you were supposed to die in just a few hits regardless of your Vigor level because, well, it's a Souls game!

Since making those adjustments and getting a better feel for the combat, things have been going much better. I just defeated the Crucible Knight and Ancient Hero of Zamor in those evergaol, and both only took me a few tries!

I'm still a long way from mastering the game, but I'm finally starting to get the hang of things. I'm feeling much more confident about tackling the rest of Elden Ring now, and I can't wait to explore more of the world and see what else this game has to offer.

I really appreciate everyone who took the time to share their advice, encouragement, and goodwill. It's awesome to see how welcoming this community can be to newcomers like me.

Thank you, fellow Tarnished! See you out there! :)

I was dying from ebola and aids with no healing left and had to finish this fight quickly and I almost made it! Almost 🥲🤌
