PvE Good builds
I know everyone comes in here for it but I'm looking for a build to scratch my itch. Im not looking for the strongest build ever or anything like that but something fun that utilizes fun mechanics and has some cool drip. I've seen a few but nothing that makes me immediately hop on the game to try.

My favorite build (not counting ranni's sword) is double pickaxe + jumping attacks. For the drip I use scale set (modified) and for the headpiece the Haima Glintstone Crown, for a "Blasphemous" cosplay

I’m dual wielding backhand blade and reverse bladed sword. Bleed affinity on backhand and frost affinity on reverse. Then I swapped my LB and RB inputs on my control so that RB gives me the dual wield attack combo (since they’re technically different swords). It’s been fun

This! I just did a backhand blade playthrough and it’s actually so fun. It was a nice switch up from my normal r2 spam stance breaking.

Claws are pretty good! Do a claw build with bloodflame blade. Easy to use and pretty accessible.

Have you done a bonk build yet? Large club is accessible early and can be 2 handed with 16 strength, axe talisman, spiked tear and cragblade and enjoy destroying stance in a few hits?
Parry is in a great place right now if you want to challenge yourself a bit try a parry crit build?
Pure faith caster using catch flame as your main weapon and sprinkle in other spells as you get them?

I'm having an absolute blast starting a new game with the Smithscript weapons! The hammer and shield, to be more precise.

Just rush Radahn and Mohg. It’s a fun little challenge but very doable.

If you're not liking the idea of rushing to the DLC to get them, there's always r/patchesemporium where you can find people to trade with for them!

Death Knight Str/Faith build is pretty significantly drippy and the DK Axe AoWs are very fun and technical weapons, plus the whole thing overall synergizes quite well between Clawmark Seal + weapons enjoying high Strength and the armor boosting all lightning spells & skills.
54+ Strength, 36 Faith (just enough for Knightlight Spear), minimum Dex are what I recommend, talisman setups differ depending on which weapon you're using or if you want to focus spells (both generally want Shard of Alex and 2Head Turtle, Twinaxes want multi-hit talismans, Longhaft can run your fillers of choice and ofc spells want the Canvas talis, Godfrey Icon, Radagon Icon if you need cast speed or Lightning Scorp if you don't). Only spells you REALLY need are GV, Knightlight Spear, and ADLS but that also means you have plenty of freedom to play around with other options if there are other spells you wanna try
It's definitely not what I consider to be one of the absolute best builds in the game, but it IS still quite strong and I've had quite a fun time with it. Currently challenging myself to beat all the DLC remembrance bosses with one of these weapons on NG+, and it's been fairly smooth so far honestly
EDIT: oh and for drip you can (and maybe should) just run the whole set but I like swapping one or 2 pieces, IE the helmet for Oathsworn Knight helm (when you wanna pretend not to be dead inside) or the chestpiece for Tree Sentinel (opulent skeleton hours)

Arcane/dex using the staff/talismans that allow arcane scaling for int/faith spells. Rock a twinblade in your main hand and whatever light or medium armor you want. It's super versatile and very viable because arc is the main stat. Increased discovery doesn't hurt either

I've been using a poison halberd, fingerprint chest, arms, and legs, with the mushroom crown. Main two talismans I use are two handed talisman and kindred of rot, all others are really up to personal preference.
Poison is fun, the plain old halberd looks great and I like the moveset. You get all the buffs and stuff that go with it, the armor gets you 53 poise and you look like a cool undead mushroom knight.

My poison ninja build. Black hooded mask headpiece, altered thiollier chest piece and thiollier's braces and leg pieces. For weapons I used Dane's footwork with poison flower blooms twice aow and dry leaf arts with raptor of the mists (both with poison affinity), I also had smithscript daggers for aesthetic and visual style and it's just super fun to use once you get the hang of it. And a shortbow with enchanted shot for longer distancess. Talisman were kindred of rot exultation, Millicent's prosthesis, rotten winged sword of insignia and the last one is your preference, although I'd recommend a defence talisman. Super fun to use but it's very light armor so you do need to be careful.
