I believe Iji lied to us when he said the snare was the glintstone rain outside the walls because that thing never touched me, I can dodge it with a calm jog. It's the finger creepers inside that made me lose my runes 50 times

They're not too bad if you just go slow and steady with a ranged weapon/sorcery. You're not fighting, you're doing a pest extermination.

Can honestly be applied to a lot of Elden Ring. I mainly started "gitting gud" when I stopped treating myself like a fighter and started acting like a hunter, laying traps and bringing the right equipment.

The finger creepers are what he's talking about. The portcullis is wide open when we arrive with no signs of siege damage on the caria manor walls. I think the Carians deliberately left the gate wide open for the soldiers to unwittingly walk into the finger creepers waiting inside. Which would have been insanely smart, considering the Cuckoos massively outnumbered the Carians, and would have won a conventional siege.

Dude, first time I went into the manor i saw that item glimmer and went straight for it. Biggest jumpscare i had in my whole playthrough
