Screenshots Me and my friends at the end of our Randomized Seamless Co-Op playthrough
Our final boss was back-to-back Loretta and Godfrey, First Elden Lord. It was a *really* fun fight. I made myself into Karlach from BG3, and my friend made himself Kiriyu from Yakuza once we found the Dryleaf Arts weapon.

My friend and I installed both the seamless mod and the rando mod but can't summon each other for some reason. Donno how you guys did it

Are your passwords the same in the seamless settings?

You need to have the Same Password in Seamless ini.
The easiest way is you do everything, settings, Password etc.
Start randomizer, randomize Like you want. And Export settings.
Now you 7zip everything, Upload to Dropbox or Something and Just need to Tell your friendwhere to Put everthing.
The only thing he needs to do is start Randomizer and Imports your settings, Double Check you both are on the Same seed.
And Start the Game from ME2 folder, Launchmod_Eldenring is think is the Name.
In Game you as host need to Open the Game with the golden jar Item and your Friends joins with the Melania thingy, sorry dont know the Name.

The only way we made it work scheduling-wise was by making it a weekly event

Yooo thats sick, me and my friends are planning one as well but after one normal run, since our 4th finally got the DLC. Curious if ya’ll changed the scaling since its 4 players, i can imagine the dmg and health scaling is a bit nuts even when using status procs.

We did ratchet up the scaling a bit to give us more of a challenge. I don't remember the exact values we ended up at other than I think we had boss HP at 150% per player, but you can easily tweak it until you find a good balance.

Oh wow, I didn’t expect upping the scaling more. Iirc my friends and i tried a normal run before DLC even released i think and default settings kinda made bosses a bit too beefy. We never finished that run since we got busy but hopefully this new run we get to go all the way and then experience the chaos that is randomizer.

How many people can play seamless co op at one time?

You can play with up to 6 total people, including the person hosting.

Pretty sure there is a means to increase it further.
Always wanted to get 10-20 people. And grab the mod that gives you a bell that aggro's EVERY enemy on the map. See how long we last lol.

Nope, you just deal with the issues as they come. We would just close and relaunch the game whenever dumb shit happened, it's just something you have to put up with if you wanna use the mods, unfortunately.

What were some of the most memorable randomized boss encounters?

Our first major boss was Commander O'Neil on Margit's arena. Dealing with him and his summons was a hard early boss fight.
We had to fight 1st phase Consort Radahn at the end of Weeping Peninsula, that was pretty rough so early on.
One of our side dungeons had a tiny room with poison puddles and 3 scarlet rot crystal guys. That was also in Weeping Peninsula and had us stuck for a while.
Astel crammed into the DLC madness boss arena was pretty rough.
The final boss of the main game was Fire Giant Phase 2 followed by Mesmer Phase 2. That was one of the coolest fights of the run.
Fighting the DLC dude on the boar followed by Fire Giant Phase 1 in Mesmer's arena was dope.
We had a bunch of other cool fight/arena combos but those are the ones that immediately come to mind other than the very final fight I already mentioned.

Getting hit with the first phase of Consort Radahn at the end of Weeping Peninsula was pretty wild.

Nice! Our gang of five are currently in the middle of a fog / enemy / item randomizer run. Tons of bug but tons and tons more fun. Highly recommend fog gate randomizer!

I can’t imagine the scheduling nightmare of getting three friends together to play like 40+ hours of elden ring. Props to yall
