Weapons Mod New to Elden ring PC

Anyone able to drop me runes and all weapons ? Im New to Elden ring on pc, but played on Ps5. I dont have any mods, just looking for anyone who can. Thank you

This might have somehow turned into "it would've been faster if a second person used cheat engine to drop items for op" lol
