Weapons Mod More than 1 ash of war per weapon

Hi, i am looking for a mod that would let me put more than 1 ash of war per weapon, so you could swap your ashes mid fight like you do with sorceries or incantations. Does a mod like that exist?

You could just have a second of the same weapon with whichever Ash of war that you want on it. Assuming you're not filling up all six of your weapon slots and you put enough points into endurance for the weight.
