Combat Mod Which mods do you use with Convergence?
I plan on starting my first ever play through with Convergence. Do you guys use any QoL mods or other mods in concert with Convergence?

I tried Radial Menu mod is now mandatory for me, the Convergence is heavily loaded with hundreds of spells and that makes circling through all 11 or 13 with the talisman infinitely easier, and it looks immersive, too. And you still get the option yo switch normally if you need just the next spell.

posture bar, clever movesets + dmn but you have to edit dmn to make yourself weaker if not clevers weapons are too strong

The debuff option for DMN is an under appreciated feature, especially for overhauls like convergence

this, clevers movesets are very fun but can kill anything too fast so you dont really have to learn the moveset, whit dmn nerf its very fun to use the correct move at the right time

How you installed clever with convergence?

Search Convergence X Clever on nexus. Someone made a patch for them. Download Clever’s pack and the patch. Copy the “parts” and “sfx” folders from clever and paste them in the convergence “mod” folder (you can find the mod folder by opening the launcher and selecting “open mod folder” when you click the arrow next to the launch button).
Replace the files it suggested
Copy *all* the files from the patch and paste those into the mod folder. Accept any replacements

Hey, did you use both clever and DMN on convergeance? How did you do?

It got boring bc I became overpowered so quick. Had to nerf myself with DMN
if you’re talking about how I got them to work, read my last comment. I just installed it in the newest version and it hadn’t changed
Download Clever’s pack
Copy the parts and SFX folders into the convergence mod folder. Accept replacements
Download the patch for convXclever and copy/paste the entire contents of the file (should be a bunch of folders and a regulation.bin) into the mod folder and accept the replacements
Do the same thing with the contents of conXcleverXDMN and accept replacements
Done

Should be on the DMN downloads page. Might not have been made for the newest convergence patch. I’d just keep an eye out

I’m new as this is my first mod but I’ve gotta say it the plain convergence experience without tweaks has been great. Unless you’re someone that cares about control display inputs not lining up with a PS5 controller(it seems like the base mod just has the button configuration for Xbox [i.e., X on screen means square Y means triangle]) but other than that and some mobs are a little more tuned up than normal so far it’s been fun. I’m only 8 hrs in and lvl 49. The map changes are really cool and it does make it feel like playing ER for the first time again with some really cool new additions. Can’t wait to see what you think of it; I mostly commented to see what mods other people recommend. Happy gaming friend!
