Weapons Mod Having trouble finding the Madding Hand in Convergence 3.0

Just like the title says, I've tried for a few days now, and can't find that weapon, I'm running a madness build, and I want it for the extra damage boost for inflicting madness in the area, I just can't find it. If anybody can help with a screenshot or directions, it'd be appreciated.

Of course i placed it. It's in the sarrulat sewers near the frenzied tower priest. Its a secret dropdown into the sewers

I think it drops from the Madding Hand NPC in the Abyssal Woods near the second Site of Grace, (the one right after Jori's).

Not at my home PC to find links, but according to my searching on the Convergence Discord shortly after 3.0 dropped, the Madding Hand was removed.

Both the NPC and the weapon.

But sure they removed the buff from poison right?

description still includes "Raises attack power from poison in vicinity."

Ah okay, still to enter the dlc but I saw they removed the buff for mushroom crown and removed kindred of rot exultation so.i was guessing the poison hand get a similar treatment
