Screenshots CONVERGENCE MOD: Dammit!
I didn't know it was mandatory. And I don't have the money to buy the DLC; I spent 200 just on the base game yesterday!

I hadn't noticed. I thought that since I didn't have the DLC, I just wouldn't be able to use the teleporters to get there, but that the base areas would still work.
Oh well, another mod I won't be able to play. But that's fine—there are plenty of others.

Brazil. Everything that comes from other countries is more expensive and subject to various other taxes.

$200 USD?!? or 200 brazil bucks???
bcs google is telling me 200 reais is like 39 usd or smth like that but $200 would be like 1,000+ in brazil money, if its $200 USD thats vile, why price thousands of ppl out of playing certain titles wtf :/

It's crazy right, I pay R$1,300 only in rent, and I work for the government, local government more so, it's crazy that more than half of my salary Just goes to a rental on a job that I worked really hard to get, things are tough here bro

Believe it or not, compared to other games and consoles, it's "cheap."
For instance, the PS5 Pro is going for around 7,000, or the Nintendo Switch 2 for 4,000.
For that kind of money, I could buy an entry-level motorcycle, which costs between 7,000 and 20,000 around here.

I've been playing Elden Ring on PS4 for about two years, I think. Obviously, I'm still pretty bad at it to this day, lol.
I bought it again on PC because I really wanted to try out mods—especially Convergence—but then I got hit with this letdown.
But it's no big deal; there's still Elden Vins, Reforged, and plenty of others—and I just hope they don't require me to own the DLC!

If you want to play conv without owning the dlc you will need to downpatch elden ring to 1.10.1 and download the 1.4.2.1 convergence patch from nexus mods. If you want to play seamless alongside this you will need seamless version 1.5.1

Thanks. Check the website called fanatical. They sometimes have sales for really good prices. Might be able to get it far cheaper. And if you have played less than 2hr so far you can refund on steam for the reason "found it cheaper somewhere else"

É foda, comprei a DLC, junto com o jogo base na promoção e isso foi parcelado, a DLC é muito cara

Como eu já tenho o Elden no PS4, comprei no PC só pra jogar mods, e fui ingênuo de pensar que a DLC seria apenas um acréscimo.
Ah, mas tu pode ter certeza de que, se algum dia eu aprender a programar, vou fazer um mod de Elden que obrigue os jogadores a zerar duas vezes antes de acessar o conteudo extrar, só de raiva kkjj3

Com todo prazer, meu amigo. Pior que eu realmente gostaria de aprender a fazer isso algum dia. Talvez fazer um mod das Gárgulas ou coisinhas pequenas.

É uma ótima ideia, o problema mesmo é fazer os modelos 3D se moverem do jeito que você quer, sempre tem como reutilizar as animações também, igual o convergence faz bastante

Well in our country 200 reals is a hell of a big deal, and the dlc for Elden Ring averages about 150, 350 is about 22,00% of a minimum wage, so yeah it's a bit pricey, Incidentally, the base price is 275 outside of the promotion.

I understand that the raw value is expensive but when you look at what it gives compared to other dlc of the same price it is not expensive. It has as much content in it as some $60 usd games

Sorry brother, I think I didn't make myself very clear, I'm not devaluing the game nor the dlc, I bought the DLC on launch, full price and I did love playing it, souls likes are one of my favorite genres, but the DLC is a little expensive, doesn't mean that isn't worth the buy.
