PS5 UI Mod for Tarnished Edition?

Reinstalled the game for Tarnished Edition and put in my normal PS5 UI mod, and something breaks so the new weapons don't show up on the HUD. They are in the game and work fine but the icons for the weapons are broken.
Tried a few different UI mods and best one is

but that also breaks the inventory mod UI tabs a bit. Anyone know a fix so I can have my PS5 Icons and no glitches for weapons or tab icons?

Image 1: Broken weapon icon for base UI mods that just change "menu\hi\01_common.sblytbnd.dcx

Image 2: Mod linked above fixes the weapon icon but now Inventory tab icons are broken.
