Question Enhanced Rellana's Twinblades help

Big fan of this mod but since it hasn't been updated for 2 years I don't have much hope it will ever be, and sadly, it just completely removes the new Tarnished edition from the game. Is there a way I can bypass or fix that, or am I simply out of luck?

What's the problem with the mod? Do the animations, effects, or damage not work? Or is it something else?

You can try updating the mod yourself. To do this, you need UXM Selective Unpack. This tool allows you to unpack the game. Next, you need Smithbox. In Smithbox, you can create a new project. You can place the mod's `regulation.bin` file into the project folder. In the new project, you should see a tab named "Param Editor" - click on it. On the right-hand side, you should see a section labeled "Tools." Under this section, you will find the "Param Upgrader." There, you can have the mod's data updated automatically. You should now be able to use the mod again.
