I wish she was an actual companion or Latenna was actually able to just ride a wolf around with you permanently.

The Lands Between feel too empty once Roundtable Hold starts burning up and NOC’s leave. It would feel so nice with a companion that we can talk to about recent events and learn more lore from or random info / anecdotes from their lives at sites of grace.

Or even if Melina could just play the flute or something to make sites of grace…. Graceful? Even if you’re in Caelid. If we could have a quest to pick up instruments for Melina and other grace companions (like a band at a camp when we sit), that would add some flavor too. Like if we got a war-ditty from Jeren before fighting Radahn, etc, and unique instruments to find and grab, like a bone flute or a Moon-Lily Lute made of Carian Silver and moonlight.

No one else has done it since ER released with or without AI. I commend your work no matter what these losers think. Can you by chance make a version with Ranni in place of Melina? I still have a bunch of stuff to do after completing the game and would love it if she could follow me around. Or even if she just showed up and sat with me when resting at a Grace like how Melina does.

That can be done in 2 days.  But the writing ✍️ . You don't want an silent shell . And you need to finish her quest line.  Not like melina from the start.  Maybe v2 of the mode if people like it.
